We hired CHC to cut out and reinstall a pool deck drain and to repair and repaint our lanai and pool deck. The project was done in a timely and professional manner at a very reasonable price. After installation we discovered that the drain did not adequately remove rainwater during a heavy rain. Tony and his crew returned several times to “make it right and have us be happy.” They skim coated, retextured, and repainted a large area of the lanai until it worked. There was no additional cost.
